Pam Rosener, CEO and founder of the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL) has dedicated her life to community service, personal growth, and strengthening mother-son relationships. Under her visionary leadership, YMSL has blossomed from a single chapter in Plano, Texas, into a national non-profit organization with over 160 chapters across 22 states. 180 chapters
Jim Stovall is an American writer best known for his bestselling novel The Ultimate Gift. The book was made into the movie The Ultimate Gift, distributed by 20th Century Fox. The Ultimate Gift has a prequel called The Ultimate Life and a sequel called The Ultimate Legacy.
The inception of YMSL in 2001 was driven by Pam’s vision to create opportunities for mothers and their high school-aged sons to engage in meaningful service together. Alongside her sister-in-law Julie Rosener and a group of friends, Pam started the first YMSL chapter to nurture a spirit of service in young men while allowing them to spend quality time with their mothers. This initiative quickly gained momentum, and by 2006, YMSL had become a national organization.
Pam’s commitment to YMSL is evident in the organization’s impressive achievements. YMSL members contribute over 650,000 volunteer hours annually. Pam takes immense pride in seeing young men develop into compassionate servant leaders and strengthening bonds between mothers and sons through shared experiences.
Pam has four children, including three sons who all participate in the YMSL programs, and five grandchildren, three of whom are future YMSL members.
